At goHash, we build tools to bring order to the chaos of the trail. We are Hashers ourselves, and we believe your kennel administration should be straightforward, transparent, and reliable — even if everything else isn’t.
goHash ("goHash", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website gohash.app and the goHash software-as-a-service portal platform (collectively, the "Service").
goHash is operated by Uniglobe, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gohash.app and the goHash software-as-a-service portal platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your kennel.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
goHash operates on a subscription basis.
- Subscription plans, pricing, and billing periods are displayed within the Service.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
- We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
- Stripe’s services are governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Kennel Data Ownership
Your kennel owns its data.
You retain all rights to the content and information uploaded or created within your kennel’s portal ("Kennel Data").
goHash does not sell, lease, or distribute your Kennel Data. By using the Service, you grant goHash a limited license to host, process, and display Kennel Data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Kennel administrators are responsible for managing access permissions within their kennel dashboard.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other kennels’ data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload malicious code or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by goHash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service itself. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
If you are the registered owner of a kennel within goHash, you must first transfer kennel ownership to another existing user within your kennel before terminating your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data retention and deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, goHash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be free from errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, goHash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
